Terms of sale and delivery
Below you will find useful information regarding online booking. You can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more.

Payment
All prices stated in the Hvalpsund Familie Camping online booking system, like everywhere else on the website, are stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.
Payment is made using one of the approved debit/credit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. There is no fee charged for transactions made through online booking.

Information about online trading
You can shop safely on the Internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the Internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the Internet. You can read more about how you as a consumer should deal with payments on the Internet on the following websites: www.betaling.dk, www.fdih.dk.

Changing booking
To change your booking, please contact the campsite.

Shipping and delivery
When booking and paying for a cabin, a rental caravan, a space for your own tent, a space for a motorhome or a space for your own caravan, you will be presented with a booking confirmation/contract from Hvalpsund Familie Camping, which includes the account for your purchase.
The contract can be printed from the website after booking has been completed, and is also sent via email immediately after purchase, if the correct email address is provided by the buyer.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Hvalpsund Familie Camping on the day of arrival (and ends upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above-mentioned contract. The ordered product cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.

Right of withdrawal and refund
You have the option to choose BASIS, FLEX or PREMIUM cancellation protection. The choice must be made at the time of booking and it will not be possible to change to another service after the first payment. You are of course always welcome to change the number of people or make additional purchases without having to pay an administration fee. We would like to point out that if one of the above is not chosen, BASIS will be the one chosen.

Conditions for changing your stay
1. With the BASIS package, you do not have the option to cancel or get a refund for your booking if you are prevented from attending.

2. With FLEX cancellation protection you can cancel up to 30 days before arrival. However, please note that there is an administration fee of DKK 125 per cancellation per booking.
FLEX cancellation protection is NOT refundable in the event of cancellation. If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be made.

3. With PREMIUM cancellation protection you can cancel up until 12:00 noon 2 days before arrival. However, please note that there is an administration fee of DKK 125 per booking for cancellations.
PREMIUM cancellation protection is NOT refundable in case of cancellation. If cancelled later than 12:00 2 days before arrival, no refund will be made.

Right of withdrawal
We would like to point out that your booking is not covered by the Consumer Agreement Act's rules on the right of withdrawal. The sale of accommodation (cabins, camping, etc.) is covered by a special exception in the Consumer Agreement Act's section 18, subsection 2, no. 12. The booking made is therefore not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.

The contract will be sent via email within 24 hours of booking. Please check that you have provided a correct email address.

Force Majeure
The customer is not released from payment for the booked period if, due to personal circumstances or force majeure (war, strike, natural disasters, epidemic, closure of borders and the like), the customer is prevented from exercising the right of use that the customer has according to the contract.

Registration of information
Hvalpsund Familie Camping registers your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer database. The information is not disclosed, but all registrations are stored for 5 years.

Hvalpsund Familie Camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.

When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.

Complaints handling
If for some reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or telephone number below.

Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by normal review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with Section 83, subsection 1 of the Danish Sales Act, unless otherwise agreed.

When Hvalpsund Familie Camping receives your complaint about a product, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. Hvalpsund Familie Camping will decide whether the received product should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
